Q. How do I become a Reseller or Affiliate Partner?
A. Simply complete the form to your right and our partner channel will contact you with the program details.
Q. How does the Reseller Program work?
A. Very simple. PayLeap provides a very competitive buy rate to our Reseller Partners along with the tools to sell and setup your merchants. Once setup, your merchants will receive an email from PayLeap to start processing, along with support contact information.
Q. How does the Affiliate Program work?
A. Unlike most of our competitors, PayLeap partners with our Affiliates to share a portion of actual transaction residual generated from both merchant processing and gateway fees.
Q. How are Affiliate Partners compensated?
A. They are compensated via ACH into a designated business checking account. PayLeap will initiate the direct deposit the last week of every month, and we will always pay a month behind. So, for example, we would compensate the last week of May for April activity. Residual income is provided for the life of the account as long as your merchants remain a PayLeap customer.
Q. Service is important to me. Will you take care of me and my merchant clients?
A. To paraphrase our mission statement, “we are an ethical steward to those we serve.” Price may acquire a merchant, but service will retain them. Most concerns will be addressed immediately. Additionally, we will strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
Q. What types of merchants do you NOT accept?
A. Adult Internet, Internet Gambling, Escort Services, Airlines, Illegal Activities of any kind, Collection Agencies (if written off Debt)
